For account, technical or privacy support, describe your device, application version, steps and the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes or another person's private files.
Signing in and using tools
Sign-in currently supports mainland China phone numbers with SMS verification codes. Enter the latest code you received; earlier codes may have expired. Cloud tools need a network connection. Select your documents, recordings, photos or videos before submitting a tool task.
Your account and personal information
Open Settings and account in the mobile application to request account deletion. You can withdraw the request before it is executed. Deletion affects the same account on your phone and computer. Contact support for help correcting or deleting personal information.
