Privacy Policy

AI Tools is operated by 云南数美汇云软件有限公司 (Yunnan Shumei Huiyun Software Co., Ltd.). This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website, Mini Program and apps, and is the same version as the “Privacy Policy” inside the Mini Program.

1. Information we process

• Account information: when you sign in with WeChat, the openid returned by WeChat, plus the platform user ID and sign-in status we generate; when you sign in with an SMS code, the phone number you enter; and the avatar and nickname you choose to set on the “Me” page of the Mini Program. A phone number must be linked before buying a membership: with WeChat’s phone number quick verification we obtain the phone number you authorize, and use it only for account security and as a transaction record, never for marketing; it is deleted when you delete your account. Secrets such as the AppSecret and payment private keys are kept only on our servers and never put in any client.
• Usage information: tool calls, task status, quota, subscription and order records, and the logs needed for security auditing.
• Content you submit: documents, images, audio, text and form fields, used to perform the tool you choose. The result of each tool run is saved automatically to “Workspace → Library → Run outputs” so you can reference it in other tools; for record-keeping tools we save what you submitted in that run, except passwords, verification codes and encrypted fields.
• Device permissions: camera and photo album, code scanning, microphone recording, choosing chat files, clipboard and saving to the album are used only when you actively use the related feature, and we ask for your consent first where the system requires authorization. Location is obtained only when you use “Hiking Journal” and tap “Start GPS”, and only while that page is in the foreground, to record and calculate the track of this hike (distance, elevation gain, time). It stops when you leave the page, switch to the background or lock the screen; there is no background location tracking. The track is saved under your account and can be deleted at any time. Other map-related tools use a center point you pick manually and do not read your location.
• Website visit information: when you open the website homepage, the server pre-selects the Chinese or English page based on the country or region of your IP address. This check happens locally on our server; we do not store your IP or send it to third parties for this purpose. If you switch language manually, your browser keeps a cookie named aitools_lang to remember your choice. IP location data is provided by DB-IP.

2. Purposes and third-party processing

Information is used for authentication, providing tool features, saving the results you choose, billing, security and customer support. Payments are processed by WeChat Pay; AI, OCR, speech or storage features may be handled by the providers indicated on the relevant page. To let you search and reference library content from other tools, we generate summaries and search indexes for it, which is done by an AI provider. We transfer only the minimum data needed for a feature and do not sell personal information.

3. Retention and security

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes; content you submit is kept according to each tool and your actions. “Run outputs” that are not referenced, starred or added to a project within 30 days are cleaned up automatically; you can delete them at any time or star them to keep them. Results involving sensitive information such as health or finances are marked sensitive and are not provided to tools with sharing or multi-user collaboration features. We use access control, encryption in transit, server-side key isolation and audit logs, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

4. Your rights

On the “Me” page of the Mini Program you can change your avatar and nickname and view your orders and usage. You can also request correction or deletion of personal information through “Me → Help & Feedback”, or request account deletion; see Account Deletion for how. Transaction or audit records that the law requires us to keep are restricted in use and handled when the retention period ends.

5. Minors

Minors under 14 should use the service with the consent and guidance of a guardian. Tools involving health, children or family information only help with organizing and do not replace professional advice.

6. AI-generated content labels

Our tools use AI generation and synthesis technology to produce text, images and other content. Wherever such content is shown, it is labeled “AI 生成（人工智能生成）” (AI-generated) at the content’s location. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; verify it before use, and do not remove, alter or hide these labels.

7. Contact and updates

This policy also covers KnowMate, the AI Tools mobile application. You may request or cancel account deletion in Settings / Account. For privacy questions, email service@ynsmhy.cn or contact us in the AI Tools Mini Program under “Me → Help & Feedback” or through the Mini Program’s customer service chat. If this policy changes significantly, we will notify you in the product or on this page.

Login and SMS verification requests use Tencent Cloud Captcha, which processes the network IP address, verification interactions, and verification ticket needed for the check. We record source IP addresses, login outcomes, and hashed account identifiers to prevent SMS abuse, brute-force login, and API abuse. Risk events are retained for 30 days by default; blacklist entries are retained until the block is lifted. Contact support to request a review.
