Account Deletion

How to apply

Sign in to the AI Tools Mini Program and go to “Me → Privacy & Security → Request account deletion”. If you cannot sign in, submit a request under “Me → Help & Feedback” with information that helps verify the account is yours.

Before you apply

Please settle any open orders, refunds and disputes first. After deletion, your WeChat sign-in binding, profile, and any user content and service data that the law does not require us to keep are deleted or anonymized as part of the process, and usually cannot be recovered.

Records kept by law

To meet transaction, tax, security audit or dispute resolution obligations, some order and audit records may be kept for the legally required period, with restricted use and access, and are handled when that period ends.

Withdrawal and progress

After submitting, you can check progress from the same entry. To withdraw before deletion is carried out, contact us through Help & Feedback. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to verify your sign-in again.
