Payments & Refunds

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. How to buy
Memberships in the Mini Program (120-in-1 Pro, monthly or yearly) are virtual goods and, as WeChat requires, are bought through WeChat “Mini Program Virtual Payment”. Price, period and benefits are as shown on the purchase page. Mini Program memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically; buy again when one expires. When a membership expires, any unused quota granted by the subscription is cleared; reward quota from check-ins, invitations and similar activities is not affected. Subscriptions inside the iOS app are bought through the Apple App Store, and Apple manages their renewal and cancellation.
2. Activation
A “payment complete” message in the client does not by itself grant benefits. Your membership takes effect once the platform receives the server-side result from WeChat Virtual Payment (a delivery notification or the platform’s own order query) and matches the order amount. This usually takes a few seconds, and the purchase page shows the confirmed result.
3. Duplicate charges and missing benefits
If you are charged twice, your benefits do not arrive long after a successful payment, or the order amount looks wrong, find the platform order number under “Me → Orders” in the Mini Program (or keep the transaction number from your WeChat bill) and submit it via “Me → Help & Feedback” or the Mini Program’s customer service chat. We will check the platform order against WeChat Virtual Payment’s records.
4. Refunds
Request a refund via “Me → Help & Feedback” or the Mini Program’s customer service chat; our staff will review it. The refundable amount follows these rules (where applicable law provides otherwise, the law prevails):
- Full refund: if you apply within 7 days after the membership is activated (payment succeeded) and have not used any of the quota granted by that membership, you get a full refund.
- Partial refund: in all other cases (more than 7 days after activation, or quota already used within the 7 days), the refund is proportional to the unused share: refundable amount = amount paid × unused quota ÷ quota due under that order, rounded down to the cent. For yearly memberships, months not yet granted count as unused.
- Any amount already refunded for the same order is deducted from the refundable amount.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the WeChat Mini Program Virtual Payment refund channel, never to another account; timing depends on WeChat’s processing.
- After a full refund, the membership from that order ends and the quota granted by that order is withdrawn.
- After a partial refund, quota granted by that order is withdrawn in proportion to the refunded share of the amount paid (down to no less than 0).
- Refunded orders do not count toward invitation statistics, and invitation rewards based on them may be reversed accordingly.
- For subscriptions bought through Apple in the iOS app, refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
